US Central Command forces jointly struck Houthi targets at 2:30 AM on January 11 in order to hinder their ability to transport out further illegal and reckless attacks on American and foreign ships as well as commercial shipping in the Red Sea.

Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, & Bahrain also provided support for this operation. The Biden administration had to step in.

The Fed’s attempt to lower interest rates could be hampered by the unregulated increase in container prices, which would lead to a financial crisis that would damage Democrats’ chances of receiving the White House.

However, it’s too soon to announce victory. We believe that if this gets worse, there could be more disruptions to shipping lanes and an increase in the price of oil in particular.

We’re not seeing much of a reaction at the moment because markets are waiting to see what happens.
